Davichi Donates Food to Children in Need

Davichi recently donated rice for children in need, according to Asia Today.

On July 10, a representative from their agency, Core Contents Media, said, “Davichi’s newest single, ‘It’s Because I Miss You Today,’ has turned out to be more popular than we expected, so a portion of the proceeds will be donated to help those in need.”

Davichi members Lee Hae Ri and Kang Min Kyung separately donated 100 bags of rice weighing ten kilograms each, totaling 200 bags of rice weighing a grand total of 2,000 kilograms for children in need.

Davichi said, “We are so happy that we are able to share the overflowing love that we received for ‘It’s Because I Miss You Today.’ We hope for the people receiving this love to be happy too.”

The new single “It’s Because I Miss You Today” was released on July 4, and has already made the top of the list for nine music sites including Melon, Mnet andSound Wave.
